What is PRP Therapy?

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for hair restoration is a treatment that uses your own body’s abilities to stimulate hair growth. It utilizes platelets from plasma that are very high in growth factors to send signals to the hair to go back into an active growth cycle.

How does it work?

One of our providers will draw blood to create a PRP treatment specific to you. Your provider will then immediately treat the scalp in the areas where hair loss is prevalent. For most people, the treatment takes about 30 minutes.

How soon will I see results?

The first results begin showing up from two to three months after your first treatment. At first, most patients will see less shedding, and then patients will notice hair regrowth and thicker, longer hair.
